Safety

Before any self-drive boat booking, we ensure that your driver has a full understanding of the boating rules and laws of the Gold Coast waterways, especially rules regarding safety!
Capri Boat Hire staff will conduct a safety and operations briefing prior to any self-drive boat hire booking.
They will teach the nominated boat driver how to be safe and comfortable while driving the boat and how to adapt to tidal conditions during the cruise and how to avoid other vessels on the water.
We can also advise on nice spots to anchor and good fishing spots.
